Traditional Shortbread

Helen's traditional recipe is still used today, making it everyone's favourite and a real taste of home. Our shortbread is slowly hand-baked, for the perfect melt in the mouth texture, just as Helen did in the family kitchen back when she first started baking shortbread to raise funds for the Huntly Pipe Band.
