These roles involve various tasks, on a rotational basis (to keep it interesting) within a fast-paced production environment working on one of our three shift patterns. Previous food processing experience preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.  There will be opportunities for development if you have the ability to integrate into the team. In addition to this you will be working in a modern factory that is bright, spacious, warm and smells delightful. 

 You should be able to demonstrate the following abilities: -

               Communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).

            Be proactive and a good team player.

            Have the ability to work flexible hours during peak periods of production and adapt to the needs of the

               business.

            Have awareness of Health & Safety in the work environment.

            Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to become multi-skilled within the production environment.

We offer a competitive rate of pay starting at £11.37 per hour, working 36.67 hours per week, Monday – Thursday. We operate three shift patterns, 6am – 4pm, 8am – 6pm or 9am – 7pm, but flexibility may be required if cover is required.
