300g Terry's Chocolate Orange
200g Milk Chocolate
150g Mini Marshmallows
200g Dean’s Shortbread, chopped into chunks
130g Orange Matchmakers, chopped into pieces
100g White Chocolate
Orange Food Colouring
Follow The Steps
Grease and line a 9″ Square tin.
In a large bowl, add the Terry’s Chocolate Orange and the milk chocolate (both chopped into smaller pieces) and melt on a low heat over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Mix well until smooth and combined.
Once combined, add in the marshmallows, shortbread chunks, and chopped up Matchmakers and fold together.
Pour into the tin and spread out evenly using the back of a spoon.
Place in the fridge for 4 – 5 hours to set.
Once set, melt the white chocolate carefully in the microwave.
Add in some orange food colouring and drizzle over the Rocky Road.
Place back in the fridge to set.
Once set, remove from the tin and liner, and cut into squares.
