Raspberry & Cream Shortbread Hearts
These raspberry and cream shortbread hearts are the perfect easy sweet treat to share with your loved ones this Valentine’s Day!
One 144g packet of Dean’s Raspberry & Cream Shortbread Hearts
100g Raspberry Jam
200g White Chocolate
Valentine’s Heart Sprinkles
Follow The Steps
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of just boiled water. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat.
Sandwich the shortbread hearts together with just under one teaspoon of the jam.
Dip one half of the shortbread in the white chocolate, then decorate with the heart sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
