Lemon & Raspberry Shortbread Stack
A simple but tasty dessert to enjoy over summer. The perfect treat for warm summer evenings in the garden.
Follow The Steps
Place a shortbread heart on a plate and add a scoop of ice cream. Then add another shortbread heart on top of the ice cream and repeat until you have a stack of shortbread hearts with ice cream between them. Gently squeeze the stack together as you go.
Serve with raspberries, or any fruit of your choice and drizzle with caramel sauce.
